How To Improve A Company
Original source. Tbh these questions are great. They feel very clear to answer and it’s hard to argue that a worthwhile meeting occurred if the answer is no to all of them.

Simon Sinek & Trevor Noah in Convo
This one really struck a chord with me. Are you working on your friendships?
Maybe it’s by no accident that you’ve stumbled across this post…. Real friendship is quite a new experience for me. It’s not something that I felt like I had or was able to give growing up. No one really teaches you how to be a real friend. Fortunately enough, it is something that I feel like I have now and I couldn’t be more grateful for it. This convo inspired me to want to actually work on my friendships in the same way that I work on my business, dreams, and even my romantic relationship. It inspired me to want to tell my friends that I love them. What if better interactions and deeper relationships with our close friends can lead to more fulfillment in all areas in our life?

Creativity
“Creativity is an active engagement with the unknown, it’s risk taking, it’s curiosity, it’s exploration, it’s discovery, it’s mystery. It’s all of that.”
P.S. my partner swears by her podcasts. I’ve listened to a few. Quite thought provoking and she is definitely a master at work. Check her out.

Finding True Purpose & Creating Life
One of my favorite poddys so far this year. The wisdom that Dr. James Hollis showcases is remarkable & truly takes a whole lifetime to attain. I keep rewinding the first 35 minutes because dude just drops bar, after bar, after bar. I highly recommend this one. It’s definitely one of Huberman’s best.

The Light Between Us
“The longer I live, the more deeply I learn that love – whether we call it friendship or family or romance – is the work of mirroring and magnifying each other’s light. Gentle work. Steadfast work. Life-saving work in those moments when life and shame and sorrow occlude our own light from our view, but there is still a clear-eyed loving person to beam it back. In our best moments, we are that person for another.”
